Latin American populations carry combinations of ancestral variants rarely observed in existing research cohorts. Their tumor driver profiles, immune repertoires, and drug tolerance windows represent clinical evidence that datasets built on European and East Asian ancestry miss entirely.

Drivers Oncogenic drivers stratify by ancestry, concentrating distinct target classes in populations underrepresented in existing datasets.
Presentation Immunotherapy response is gated by HLA, the most polymorphic locus in the human genome. Admixed Latin American populations carry HLA haplotypes largely absent from current immunogenomics datasets.
Tolerance Therapeutic index is a germline trait whose bounds are defined at the population extremes, precisely the populations absent from registrational pharmacogenomics.
