Omica maps the tumor microenvironment from routine H&E slides, across the world's most diverse populations*
Latin America's admixed populations carry ancestral diversity in immune architecture and tumor biology. That diversity produces structurally distinct tumor microenvironments, with spatial phenotypes that alter immune infiltration, expression profiles, and drug response in ways not captured by eurocentric cohorts. Our goal is to build the AI models to decode it.
Two billion cells. Each one segmented, profiled, and linked to a patient outcome. A multi-site Latin American cohort with matched molecular data, complete treatment histories, and >10 years of clinical follow-up.
The tumor microenvironment, decoded cell by cell. OM predicts expression profiles, biomarker status, and treatment response from a single H&E slide at cell resolution. Trained and validated across Latin American populations.

Generate retrospective evidence from matched molecular, clinical, and outcome data across Latin American populations. Cohort definitions, treatment sequencing, and biomarker prevalence studies delivered as regulatory-ready evidence packages.
Stratify by predicted molecular subtype and response probability before a patient is enrolled. Identify optimal trial sites and pre-screen patient populations using AI biomarkers calibrated to Latin American biology.
Develop computational CDx on H&E, validated against molecular data and calibrated to regulatory-grade scoring. Co-develop diagnostic models with a regulatory pathway through COFEPRIS and FDA.
Omica partners with cancer centers across Latin America to map the tumor microenvironment at population scale.
